In November of 2022 the Cobalt Paul Penna Library reached out to C.A.Y.A.C as a local artist group to create a proposal for a mural that would be situated on the esat wall of the library in the children’s literacy area. The objective was to create a welcoming space for children and youth in the spirit of loving litterature to help foster healthy imagination and a love of reading.
